Family family.

I seriously am so blessed by the amazing people in my life. This last week I have been hanging out with some great friends and watched two of them marry in san diego. the wedding was incredible, which i honestly would not expect any less from Rachael.
I’ve come to realize that as you get older the people surrounding you become your blood. I could not be more thankful for everyone that i call my friend.

i dream of a hippie wedding like this.
Today I missed my city.
I moved from New York to California about 6 years ago. And although I love the warm weather, the ocean and the hills, I can never silence the noise of New York City in my heart.
I talked to my dad today on the phone and he told me he was strolling through central park, and I thought of how lucky he was to be there.
Will I ever return to live? I don’t know. No matter where you choose to make a home for yourself, your birthplace is never far from your heart.
New York City is in my DNA
I have a Huge love for the ‘60’s. I often wish on the stars that I could go back in time and be a hippie on Haight street.
I can not even begin to express how much I love these ladies. Friendship becomes special when your friends become your family, and you can’t remember how you functioned through life without them.
Now that I’m done with college and we no longer live in the same zip codes, maintaining our relationship has become harder. Yet I can honestly say, that we soaked up every second we had with each other, and I can’t wish that I made more time to be with them, because I used every moment.
Friendship is one of life’s greatest blessings.
love.
